1,2,3, out of Pittsburgh, have a record coming. Big Weather, out May 27,, is the band's second and you can check out the first two singles below (you can also download them free). The record was recorded in an old (apparently oft flooded) house using old gear of a primitive sort. Throw in some samples and spoken word interludes and you have the sort of oddball combination that makes a truly memorable recording. I hear a bit of Ween in this (and that is a pretty high compliment). But that, and other possibe comparisons, are just parts of what is going on in these two songs. The 1975 have a new remix for their song, Settle Down, by EMBRZ (free download). The band is heading out on a headlining tour of the USA and hitting festivals workdwide. Check out the remix, the tour dates and a video for the track, Chocolate, below. Dates are also being added. I believe they will also be at Lollapalooza. Tour

His second LP, Nausea, comes out June 10, 2014 on Captured Tracks. The new LP was recorded in Seattle and is a wee bit different from Craft Spells' past. Check out the song, Breaking the Angle Against the Tide, below. You can also download it free. Unicyle Loves You's latest LP, The Dead Age, coes out June 10, 2014. You can check out (and download free) the first single from the LP now. Face Tattoo is below via Soundcloud. The band is also playing a few shows in New York. Those are listed below as well. The fourth record from the band is a furthering of the denser, heavier sound of their last LP, Failure. They are more a psych rock band these days. Shows

Dates are below. You can check out (and download free) the song, 15 Minutes Older. Apparently the band has engendered enthusiasm in their homeland (hard for me to verify, I don't read Chinese). They've appeared at festivals such as Primavera (Barcelona) and All Tomorrow's Parties. They also recently toured Europe with Sonic Youth. And Sonic Youth is a good reference point for the little bit of the band's music I have heard. If you get a chance, head out to see them. Tour
